<span style="font-size: large;">300gm gula halus(zura guna 250gm)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">250ml susu segar/santan(tapi zura guna susu cair)</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Panaskan pengukus.. Balut penutup dgn sehelai kain (utk mengelakkan air dr menitis keatas apam)</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Sediakan loyang ukuran 9 inci..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Alas dasar loyang dgn baking paper..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Ayakkan tepung bersama baking powder..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Campurkan garam ke dalam susu, kacau hingga larut..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">putar telur dan ovalette pd kelajuan maksima hingga kembang..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Masukkan esen vanilla(zura gna esen strawberry)</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Kurangkan kelajuan mixer.. Masukkan tepung gandum sedikit demi sedikit berselang-seli dengan susu..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Bahagi adunan kpd 3 bahagian (zura bahagi kpd 5 bahg. 2 bahg utk lapisan atas & bawah, 3 bahg utk lapisan tengah zura marblekan dgn 3 warna).. Masukkan pewarna yg disukai..</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Masukkan adunan pertama ke dalam loyang.. Kukus selama lebih kurang 10 minit atau sehingga bahg atas tidak melekat..</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">Ulang kaedah yang sama utk lapisan kedua.. Adunan terakhir hendaklah dikukus selama 30 ~ 40 minit atau sehingga apam masak sempurna..</span><br />

Lepas tu baru la gelabah,, hari2 pegi Tabung Haji Kulai tanya jadual.. Oleh kerana petugas TH Kulai tak berjaya hubungi Puan Norlin dr TH W.P,, dia pun beri no tel Puan Norlin untuk dihubungi.. Alhamdulillah.. Puan Norlin berikan no kapal terbang dan tarikh penerbangan iaitu pd 11 okt 2011.. Huhh! legaa.. ia la cuak juga kalau tak jadi pergi di saat2 akhir.. Maklum la kenduri dan persiapan dah dibuat.. Masa hanya ada seminggu sahaja lagi untuk buat persiapan terakhir.. kami adik beradik sama2 membantu untuk menyiapkan keperluan mereka..</span><br />
